Heidi Kure is an author, known for her short stories, a clothing designer, and a dedicated mom. Soon, she will also add Life Coach to her business card. Having worked for many years in the US fashion and entertainment industries, Heidi returned to the UK with her 24-year-old autistic son. Through her writing journey, she discovered her true passion lies in storytelling, believing that life can be entertaining and that lemons can indeed be turned into lemonade. As one of the contributing authors on Rest Less, Heidi Kure penned 'The Woman Who Fell to Earth' in 2021. Inspired by a documentary about 'The Man Who Fell to Earth,' Heidi resonates with the feeling of being an outsider, as if she's been visiting another planet. Originally British, she spent years in the United States only to return home, feeling even more alienated. In her narratives, Heidi crafted a story about an imaginary boy she met at a bus depot, who smiled and waved at her, leaving her to wonder if he was a figment of her imagination. Embracing this, she believes that sometimes, imagination can be more enriching than reality. Interestingly, her name means a girl from the mountains, though she doesn’t enjoy heights and occasionally walks with a cane. Still, there are countless mountains in life that she is determined to climb.
